Will food and beverage be provided?

VIP ticket holders will receive food & beverage vouchers at check-in.
Will there be free water stations?

Yes, there will be water stations throughout the venue.
Will there be medical assistance on site?

Yes, there will be medical staff on site at all times.
Is outside food and beverage allowed?

Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. The bag/cooler cannot exceed 12in x 12in. No rolling coolers.
Can we invite spectators?

This is a no spectator event. You must have a ticket in order to be on
property.
Will there be charging stations?

Yes, there will be charging stations throughout the venue, but we recommend bringing portable batteries/chargers.
Prohibited Items:

All fireworks, firearms, weapons, illegal drugs, outside alcohol are
prohibited.
Will there be on-site parking?

Yes, onsite parking is included in your ticket purchase.
Are there showers onsite?

Yes, there are outdoor shower stalls onsite.
Are there restrooms onsite?

Yes, there will be port-a-potties onsite.

Refunds & Exchanges

All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event.

What glamping accommodation is included in my VIP ticket?

Your VIP ticket includes one twin bed in a three-person gender-specific shared glamping tent. You will be placed in a gender-specific tent on a first come first serve basis at check-in. We cannot guarantee that you will be in the same tent as your friends. To guarantee this, we recommend purchasing a private tent. Please note, there will be no co-ed shared glamping tents. 
Shared Tent Glamping Upgrade:

People who have purchased a General Admission ticket have the option to upgrade their sleeping accommodations from self-supported camping to a shared glamping tent. This means one twin bed in a three-person gender specific glamping tent. You will be placed in a gender specific tent on a first come first serve basis at check-in. We cannot guarantee that you will be in the same tent as your friends. To guarantee this, we recommend purchasing a private tent. Please note there will be no co-ed shared glamping tents. You may purchase this upgrade at any time, even after purchasing a General Admission ticket.
Private Tent Glamping Upgrade:

All ticket purchasers have the option to upgrade their sleeping accommodations to a private glamping tent that sleeps 1-4 people. This guarantees that you will have the tent to yourself OR your friends will be in your glamping tent, depending on the type of tent purchased. If you are coming with a group, only one person from the group needs to purchase this. You will be assigned your private glamping tent at check-in, on a first come first serve basis. You will also provide us with your tentmates' names at check-in. We recommend your entire group show up together. You may purchase this upgrade at any time, even after purchasing a ticket.
