Ice Camp features a fully curated experience of wood burning saunas and cold plunging in the frozen lake, outdoor exercise, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and guided winter sports. Hosted by our friends: Sauna Strong & Sauna Camp.

How do I get to Ice Camp?

Rideshare options such as Uber will be available from the airport, and there will be parking on site if you are driving or renting a car.

We recommend staying near the Mall of America since it is close to our event venue and has plenty of things to do!

What time can I arrive?

Registration opens at 10:00 AM CST on February 24, 2024

What time do I need to depart?

Ice Camp closes at 3:00PM CST on February 25, 20244

Which airport should I fly to/from?

Minneapolis−Saint Paul International Airport is only 20.1 miles from Ice Camp (~26-minute drive without traffic)

What will be provided?

Meals. Vegan and gluten free options available

Non-alcoholic beverages (including water and coffee all day)

Lodging and Accommodations for the evening of February 24th

Where are we sleeping?

All participants will be staying in a hotel. You will be paired with 1 other roommate of the same gender. Couples are welcome to request a room together.

How hot will the sauna get?

Sauna temperatures will range between 165-195 degrees Fahrenheit.

How cold will the water be?

The water temperature will likely be between 32-36 degrees.
